Telemedicne is booming and people are adapting to it, yet the model itself only serve certain specialities as a fit for the model and other Multidisciplinary cases are still having to spend alot of time and money to access a sub/ speciality.
At my couch doctor, we thrive to offer value based business model of Telemedicine, with the current model typically consisting of a patient to doctor consultation, and here comes our value.
with the shortage of doctors worldwide, access to doctors without the need to travel for hours in rural areas is becoming a challenge, needless to mention that even after a patient has his PC doctor consultation, in more that 50% of cases, he still end up with a referral to a specialist and getting a fragmented health care.
What if there is a solution that is bases on doctor to doctor consultation and the option to have multidisciplinary doctors on a platform that shorten the patients journey from weeks to days!
